Flamenco

Rocío started dancing at the age of 4 in her native city, Granada, where she studied with masters such as Maite Galan, Mario Maya, Eva “La Yerbabuena”, Alejandro Granados. She has received a diploma in Danza Española from El Conservatorio Profesional de Danza de Granada.

At 21 years old, Rocío moved to Madrid to join Rafaela Carrasco´s dance company. In 2006, she premiered her own work ¨Acordes Pintados con Palabras¨. At the present she is working with her project and with the dance company ¨Flamencos en Route”.

Rocío joined Riverdance as Flamenco dance soloist and has toured Japan, Taiwan, China, Ireland, America, Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium and Austria.
