I saw the show yesterday in Buenos Aires, SPECTACULAR SHOW!!!
Incredible dancers, incredible musicians... It's was SO GOOD and SO BEAUTIFUL! I LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!
Riverdance in Brazil, fantastic!
An Unforgettable show with unforgettable emotions!
Thank you all.
We travelled 400 kms to enjoy the show. Super show !!
Winy and Dick Heijns
I saw your show in Wellington, New Zealand just the other night. It was amazing, bit different from when I was a kid (like no Russian Dervish, which was sad),
but was still very moving.
Best show ever! Just as wonderful as the first time I seen them in St Louis MO in 2004!
thank you for returning to Auckland .Saw you twice on your first visit here and was not disappointed this time Totally engrossing Could have watched it again immediately!Well done Recommend this show to anyone who likes great music ,dance, costume and theatre.
I'm in awe of their talent...would have danced with them if I only knew how!!!
The lament by Matthew Bashford is absolutelty beautiful!I play the CD and let track 4 play over and over...it's haunting!!Thanks for making Greensboro one of your stops.
With great admiration,
By the way,How many calories do those guy's burn a night?
I went to see Riverdance last night... So amazing, the music, the singing and the dancing, and the way they all came together into one moving story. For a two hour show it felt really really short.
Wish it was staying in NZ long enough for me to go again.
This was a Mothers day gift that I enjoyed. All the dancers and crew worked hard to preform, entertain and left us wanting more.
We went to see Riverdance last evening and I was moved to tears. The dancing is superb, the music is incredible, and the sense of togetherness was felt throughout the audience. These dancers are the elite. I hope they have a new show soon, so that we may be blessed with their beautiful dancing again and again. My only bad thought about it is that it didn't go on longer!!! :)
I was at the show in Hobart last night. Is there better words than stunning, vibrant, thrilling? If so then use them. The best show I have been to. Totally entertaining. I thought there would be wonderful dancing and I was not disappointed but the bonuses were the lovely singing and the fantastic musicians - blew me away. The back drops, staging and lighting are all stunning. I would go again and again. I have been talking to everyone I know about this since last night - can't stop talking about it. Thanks cast and crew for coming to Hobart.
There are no words to describe Riverdance. You MUST experience it first hand to really apppreciate the sheer talent that perform in this show. From music, to singing to the amazing dancing, you are totally entertained. I hope that Riverdance comes to Canada EVERY year. I saw it twice in Toronto in 2009 and twice in 2012. I was disappointed that the show did not stay in the area longer like the 3 weeks in 2009. I would have seen it even more times Im a RIVERDANCE junkie.
I was disappointed yesterday (Boston, 2012 Apr 15 Sunday 6:30 pm) because they skipped the Flamenco in their show completely. They did not write about this change anywhere so I just realized at the end of the show no Flamenco soloist/Andalucia flamenco soloist part of the show at all. I saw the Riverdance about 10 years ago and now I can not wait to see this show again but as I said I was sad because they did not give the "whole show" for us. Who knows why? :(
It is very sad from them and from the Boston Opera House too. They had to warn to us for this when we ordered these tickets to the last show.
Saw the show in Syracuse, NY last night. By far the most talent I've ever seen on a stage!!! Amazing! Phenomenal! Jaw-dropping and beautiful!!
Saw Riverdance for the first time last night. Performance was fantastic! It was very entertaining for all age groups. Was so impressed by the talent of all the performers and musicians.
I can still hear the thunder ! saw the bourne troupe in Charlotte,NC 2008 ? and I will never forget the amazing show . it is a treasured memory and experience !
Have 2 of the videos and I watch them when I need a boost of awe!
I saw Riverdance last night (December 2) in San Diego. It was amazing! The production was awesome and the dancers were absolutely exhilarating. I especially liked the flamenco dancer- her hair piece fell off near the end of the performance and she didn't miss a step and the male dancer on stage with her swooped by and picked it up with such subtlety that one might have barely noticed. All the dancers were amazing and so beautiful. GO SEE THIS IF YOU CAN WE WERE IN ROW Z ($25) and could see eveything. Be careful of the steps though, a lady fell right on her butt (an audience member not a dancer) because the stairs were only marked with reflective white every other step and in the dark I think she thought
each was one. Anyway SUCH A BLAST!!!
3rd time seeing Riverdance during it's continuing lifetime. Though a bit smaller than other performances I've attended, the troop was shining in Sacramento, CA. The energy, dancing and music were all as I remember from previous performances and the performances were as great as any show. Don't miss this tour - I'll keep going as long as the show is around!
I saw Riverdance at the Saroyan Theater in Fresno, CA (Nov. 2nd) with my mom, and we were both blown away! The whole experience was so wonderful and surreal, the whole place was filled with the dancing, singing and instrumental talents that performed on the stage. It was an amazing time for my mom and I to remember our Irish roots, and it's still sticking with me. Bravo, one and all!
I first saw Riverdance when I was eleven... it changed my life. I wanted nothing but to be an Irish dancer. Although it took me three years to convince my parents to let me take Irish dancing lessons, at the age of fourteen, I won the battle and signed up for lessons at a local school.
Being an Irish dancer is one of the most amazing things that's ever happened to me. It's changed my life for the better in so many ways. I dream of being a Riverdance cast member some day, even though I started dancing later than most. I owe so much to the Irish dancers and creatives of Riverdance.
If you only see one stage show in your whole life, it should be Riverdance.
Saw it yesterday in Tel Aviv,,,,, amazing inspiring,
Riverdance at The Gaiety in Dublin was complete PERFECTION - the amazing dancing and music will long be in our memories!
June 28th Dublin Show, absolutely brilliant, would recommend to everyone! Would see time over.
Riverdance was the MOST awesome entertainment I had the opportunity to witness in a VERY long time. I would go back again and again to enjoy such an evening.
Jackie W, Victoria, BC
Riverdance in Victoria BC. Just... too... awesome!
I love Riverdance as I am from Belfast myself. I liked the dancers but the set was that of a high school presentation. I think the sun was actually and enlarged orange. It was not up to a standard that reflects the quality of dancers.
The Spanish dancer wasn't that interesting and the girls came out in red costumes that looked like santas helpers.
I saw Riverdance years ago and was so excited to see it again. I am not sure I would go back unless them improved the set and added some new costumes.
I would not do the Spanish dancer as it doesn't match with Riverdance.
The dancers are amazing and deserve better sets that is all.
Elaine form Belfast
Just saw the show last night in North Dakota. Absolutely breathtaking. It was amazing ... the songs, the dances, the atmosphere they created was stunning. My fiance and I even got a little choked up during some of the performances. Absolutely fantastic. A memory I will cherish forever. There was even a time in one of the group dances one of the dancers fell ... it didn't even phase him ... he got right back up and continued on and the performance was fantastic! If you haven't seen Riverdance you should really go to a show. It will take your breath away.
BRING BACK THE OLD ONE!! I would pay to see ithe old one every year (and I did) but I won't go to this one again. Way to many musical numbers. Why would you put Irish dancers in a long skirt?? The point is to see their legs. Flamingo dancer, huh? There were a few high points but it just doesn't begin to compare to the old one.
I saw the Riverdance that was performed in Beijing China and thought it was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen! The dance and the music were excellent and I especially liked the way other styles were integrated into the performance; a true masterpiece of chorography and musical production.
I especially appreciated the singing of: Kevin Horton and Brioni Gallagher; the dancing of Yolanda Gonzalez Sobrado and the Moscow folk ballet company. Also, the music of Aoife Ni Bhriain and Matt Bashford and not forgetting the guy on the drums! My favourite section is the dancing routine about 56 minutes into the performance with Kevin's singing and Aislinn Ryan's dancing!
We went to see Riverdance in the Rapid City, SD civic center. While the show was about what I expected for the money, the big minus for me was the civic center itself. The seats are too small and the crowd is packed in like sardines. The seats are all wood, no cushioning whatever. Otherwise, the show was a nice change from the usual.
The performance was nothing like the one I seen on TV a few years ago. Not enough dancing, too much singing and fiddle playing. The dancers were great, just not enough of them. I would not spend my money on another Riverdance peformance like the one I seen last night. I even bought a CD, which I hope is better then the live show I sat thru last night
My daughter and I went to see Riverdance on Saturday, May 7th here in Saskatoon. True it was an abreviated cast due to to the size of the stage, but the magic, the sound, the rhythm....it was all there. The first drum beat sounded, and my feet were tapping right along with the dancers, as were those of quite a few others, along with clapping. it was fantastic! My daughter and I would like to thank the cast and crew for such a wonderful time! It seemed to end too soon. I have several tpes/DVDs of your performances, and each one is an individual pleasure. Thank you for making them available. As for those people who were disappointed, Riverdance isn't just a show, it's a story told in narration, song and dance. It has never lost it's magic for me over the past 14 years!
I went to see Riverdance in Edmonton last night and left at the intermission. I expected the show to be similar to Riverdance on TV i.e. lots of group dancing in a line, loud, fast, rhythmic 'hard shoe' numbers. I was incredibly disappointed with what I saw in person. The entire show looked like it had come from 1994 - the very sparse set design (bad 90s talk show backdrop with little feeling), having to watch the musicians on stage (whyy???) compete with attention for the dancers and the horrible costumes (90s velour figure skating outfits). Overall, this show lacked polish and stagemanship. It also lacked dancing. Of the 9 routines I watched, 3 were singing only, and 1 more was only musicians. The whole feel of the show is unbudget and 90s... not high energy, glitzy, or 'Broadway'-quality. I was embarassed I had brought a guest to see the event!
Maybe I was tainted by the performance of Riverdance I saw 10 years ago. I expected the same show otherwise why wouldn't they change the name of the dance or give it an additional sub title like they do with different shows of Cirque du Soleil?
This performance was no where near as good as the Riverdance I saw 10 years ago - although each performer was good at what they did, and there were parts that were fantastic it was overall in comparison disappointing.
Weird to see in a review that someone was disappointed that Michael wasn't in it. Interesting. Perhaps a little breeze around the internet might help understand why.
Interesting show - not brilliant by any stretch of the imagination. The singing and the Gaelic music was excellent. It sounded great to here the ethereal sounds of the pipes over here. The Flamenco was awesome - she really portrayed a very sultry dancer. The action/response of the Irish dancers vs the the Tappers was the highlight for me - brilliant dancing and a lot of humour. The audience were all laughing. The line dancing was quite good but the stage is really small so they were a bit squashed. I also felt they added the sound of taps & steps to the routine to make it appear louder esp. the male lead. He seemed out of step with the music like a bad lip-syncher. Finally, the baritone was an excellent tap dancer but a pretty poor singer - great in the power but pretty poor in the lower more gentle singing. Overall very good - worth the entrance fee
My daughter and I went to see Riverdance for the first time in Calgary, Alberta. To be honest, when we purchased the tickets we thought it was going to be a lot of group dancing, something like what we saw years back on television. That is what we went to see. There was too much singing and too much one - on - one dancing. Too much solo fluting and violin. Riverdance to me is a group of talented people dancing together and showing their precise movements that are so exact and on time to foot tapping celtic sound. Sorry, but we were both disappointed in the show. Would think twice about seeing it again.
I've wanted to see Riverdance for 16 years, there was no way they could dissapoint when I saw it in Lethbridge on April 16, 2011, and they didn't! It was a thrill to see the dances live and to see the interactions between the dancers and the dancers and the crowd. I also liked the way the musicians, like fiddler Patrick Mangan, interacted with the crowd. It was so easy to just get lost in the dance and the music, that before you knew it it was over. I would only want it to be longer :D
Just saw the show in Cranbrook, B.C. - third time for me, second for my daughter, and first time for my husband and 4 1/2 year old granddaughter.
We were enchanted and delighted beyond words. It's the best performance of the three I've seen. My granddaughter was so delighted, half the enjoyment was watching her rapturous expression.
We now have four generations of devoted Riverdance fans in my family.
Riverdance has touched us all in a joyous, powerful way. Thank you for bringing the show here. And thank you to an incredible cast who exceeded our expectations.
I was so happy there where coming in Montreal. I buy ticket for my mom birthday. We saw to much singing, and the most dissapointed part was to see that Michael wasn't there!!!!
Sorry but....we really didn't like it!!!
My wife and I just returned from seeing this fine performance in Kennewick, Wa. What a treat to see them again for the 3rd time... There is just something in the music and in the dancing that cannot be experienced through the DVD/VHS version. Thank you for continuing another tour... I would make it 4 times if they were to return again...

Thank you again Riverdance for the joy you bring to your audience members.
Saw The show in Derry, the taps of the cast were amazing, i could spend my whole life watching and listening to it.
We were treated to a fabulous performance last night in Kearney, Nebraska. It was a dream come true to see Riverdance live! Thank you so much for your talent, energy, and commitment as performers. Please know how much your performance was anticipated and appreciated. My cd of Riverdance has been a staple in our cross country driving trips for MANY years. It was indeed a treat to finally connect the visual with the audio that I have come to know and love!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE return to british shores im dying to watch the show again, simply theeeee best dancing in the world xx
Quaity of performance was perfect and thoroughly enjoyed the two rascals in the dance off - they were certainly enjoying themselves and this echoed through to the audience. Saw the 1998 original and felt the 2011 farewell was a watered down version. I remember a bigger troupe of dancers, more drummers and the fantastic electric violinists dancing while they played - I was so looking forward to seeing them. Guiness was the drink of the day at the venue adding to the ambiance back then. I didn't understand the flameco dancer, although good, there was no connection. Glad I had another opportunity to be entertained but a little dissapointed.
Portland shows were terrific! I loved it and one elderly woman told me it was simply the best show she had ever seen. She couldn't stop talking about the skill of the dancers and the musicians. Come back! Your visit was too short.
I saw it @ Radio City Music Hall a couple of yrs ago for my birthday/anniversary and loved it.
I HAVE SEEN RIVERDANCE THE LAST THREE TIMES THEY CAME TO THIS PART OF FLORIDA, THE BEST SHOW, BY FAR, I HAVE EVER SEEN-
WHY A FAREWELL TOUR? WE WOULD NEVER GET TIRED OF SEEING THEM!!!!!! THANKS A MILLION FOR BEING PART OF OUR LIFE TIME!!!
Saw performance in Poughkeepsie 3/8. It was just awesome. Kudos to all the dancers-music too was excellent. Had seen Radio City performance in 1996-last night brought back reason why I wanted to see again.
no other show will take you on such a journey of the irish traditions ... it will make you laugh and cry for joy. there is no other show in the world that even compares!!!!!!!!! the greatest show on earth
saw the riverdance perform its start of the farewell tour of Australia in Perth, front row seats for our wedding anniversary.it was an amazing nite, the talent of this cast is huge and the dancing faultless.the lead lady singer sung like an angel,so mesmerising....this is my 2nd Riverdance experience over the years and i could see it over and over again.....Niamh Eustace is a goddess....
I have seen every show since the first one that came to DesMoines, Iowa and will see it again and again if I get the opportunity. I'm just sorry people can't see the original show as it was first presented. I feel it told the story of the Irish immigration to America so much better. I missed the narrator telling the story and the greater involvement of the dancers. We don't need the drummer with his large set of drums onstage; it distracted from what was going on on the stage. Also I have never understood what a Spanish Flamenco dancer has to do with the story being told. Her time onstage could have been better used with the Irish dancers performing. It's become a tradition in my family so I wouldn't miss it.
My Name John H. Johnson and I've been a big fan of riverdance since I went to the Radio City Music Hall show in 1996 and I'm 14 years old. The show is very Beautiful and Sets, Costumes , Dancers are Awesome! I wish I could be a riverdancer!
I 'm so sad about the final tour!
I've waited 16 years to see the show since I saw a tape of the Eurovision dance while on holiday in Ireland in 1995, and it's finally come to South Africa.
The music, lighting, the dancing were all excellent. Loved it to bits. Don’t wait so long to come again.
Jean Fredericks 28 February 2011
Thank you for this brilliant show. I enjoyed it yesterday at the Grand West Casino. I emailed all in Ireland where I visited and praised the all in the show.
I appreciate Ireland more than ever. I wish I can learn the Flamenco tap dance
my feet were itching, (you know the Capetownians they just love the movements) Thank you for coming
Love & blessings on your lives
As a dancer, watching your show was not only one of the most breathtaking and exhilirating experiences of my life but also one of the most inspiring. I was blown away by the syncopation, the personality and the absolutely incredible ENGERY that emanates from the stage. There is a passion behind Riverdance that is more than just a love for the dance; it is a living, breathing performance that stays with you long after you have left the theatre.
An absolutely fantastic performance! My Wife and I were totally entertained by these professional dancers, singers, and musicians! Akron Ohio will definitely miss you, until next time....
My sister and I saw it Feb. 22 in Charleston WV for the 2nd time and once again the show was fantastic! The Clay Center was packed and the cast and musicians got a loud standing ovation at the end. I wished that the show would go on forever that night. Thanks to the great dancers, singers and musicians for a great night!
Saw the show a few years ago and again today. Still just as amazing if not better. Thanks for coming.
I have seen them five times and I always walk away with tears in my eyes and red hands from the constant applause.
Awesome show! We saw it on Feb12th in Aurora IL Can't say enough about the performances of the dancers, singers and musicians.
Amazing show last night...........never a dull moment.........the talent was phenomenal!!!
Just saw the show. It was great. The danceing, singing and everything else was wonderful. Everyone should go see it.
I sat spellbound - it feels surreal to watch those flying feet! My hands were swollen from the clapping, and ears were ringing from the hooting of the crowd. I wanted more! What a priviledge to see these artists.

What a FANTASTIC experience!! I have always wanted to see Riverdance and was afraid that Dubuque, Iowa's 13in. snowstorm would keep the troupe away. They braved the weather and so did a huge crowd. The audience sat in awe at the beginning of the show. Before long, the entire audience was clapping with the beat and shouting out their approval. For me, it was the experience of a lifetime. My eyes were glued to their feet as they danced in perfect sync. It almost made me want to dust off my tap shoes and give it a try. What a hoot that would be !!!! Congrats to the troupe and Thank You for the experience.

me encanto cuando vi el espectaculo el año pasado en bruselas..el momento flamenco ..FANTASTICO!!!

great show last nightbin cape i would go again great show

I saw it when Riverdance came to Singapore 10 years ago, and with their return once again I decided I couldn't miss it. Too right I was because the show was marvelous, a fantastic phenomenon, and I had to catch it for another time. Yet, seeing it twice in a span of their 2-week tour here still wasn't enough for me! It was amazing, and even 'amazing' is an understatement. I just don't know how else I could describe the powerful energy that magnifies and explodes from the stage. Riverdance is indisputably performing arts at its best!

Saw Riverdance at the Verizon in Grand Prairie, TX. This was the 7th time I have seen it. I have seen it 3 times in Dublin. It is always a fantastic show and I will go again when possible. However the show in Grand Prairie did not contain the Russian dance segment and that caused some disappointment as this is always my favorite part. Just wondering why it was deleted. But it certainly won't cause me not to go back. Ted, Dallas, TX.

What an incredible experience !!! This is truly by far the most compelling, hypnotizing experience I could ever imagine---breathtaking !!! There are not enough words to describe this awesome performance...yes, I was afraid to blink as I did not want to miss a second of it. The training and time spent to become so perfect in movement has to be endless...I have seen Riverdance twice in my life and will be taking my mother for her birthday in this upcoming performance in Feb. The movement of these dancers draws you in and makes you wish you could move like that. Kudos to these professionals and thank you for this enjoyment in my life...

Saw the show last night. I was awestruck! This is the most fantastic show I have ever seen. I enjoyed it so much I can't wait to see it again!!

I am a fanatic fan of Riverdance! I love every bit of this show...from the beautiful music and instrumental solos...to the athletic dancers...to the soul-stirring vocals and percussion. All are equally fantastic and moving. I'm still humming the music and dreaming of being able to move as the dancers. Thanks for sharing your talents with this tour. I've seen this powerful show in Jackson, MS twice and hope for you to return again soon! Thanks again!

Watched in Jackson, MS. Loved it, loved it, loved it!!!!!!! I will see them again!!!!! I took jazz and tap in school, so it really works for me. 5 stars!!!!

We have seen Riverdance twice in England and we also have 3 DVD's of shows. Last night we watched the show from Beijing. It really stirs our soul everytime we watch it. Riverdance is the most haunting, wonderful music and dance ever.
You all work soooooo hard, thankyou.
Louise and Pete Leicester

Amazing Amazing, very lucky to be able to witness Riverdance in Tianjin China last night.
Go and see then, one off the best things I have seen

I just saw Riverdannce from Beejing in danish Television 5.th time and I never
get tired of the music. I look forward to buy the dvd in a few month.
I was allmost crying listening to the irish sound and the beautyfull dance.
Wonderfull show. I still start crying and feel cold....Amazing !
I am sorry to read you stop dance worldwide. The show has to go on by DVD
but you could have continued one more time ! I am sure.
It is so beautyfull !!!!!!!!!!!! all together

Watched at Marina Bay Sands Singapore... Marvellous performance!!! Extremely entertaining tap dancing... Urge people to join in to their rhythm in tapping. Thumbs ups!!

Have seen Riverdance 11 times now. I just cannot get enough of it. Reel around the sun still sends shivers down my back. If I could, I would watch this show day in and day out. Riverdance is simply a brilliant show. The new DVD is brilliant. It was a shame that the Russian female wasn't spun round very fast in The Russian Dervish like normal

I can watch it over and over again. It never gets old.

excellent performance, wonderful music - bring them back please

Brought my Mother and Farther and wife to see the show after talking about going for the last many years. It was well worth the wait and although the Theatre was a Tad small for a show that size (stage area), it was Fantastic. The guys Loved it and I to was tapping my foot the whole way through. Great Dancers and the music was top. The poor Drummer must have had to go for a lie down as he was in nearly every part of the show 10 out of 10.

Have watched show 4 other times over the years and found this one by far the best (not that the others were not brilliant). All the dancers and the musicians were of the highest quality, they left me stunned. I can't praise the night enough. And the best venue I have found in Ireland to view this show has to be the INEC, Killarney.

river dance unmissable
the best show ever the music was amazing, the dancing like nothing i've ever seen, kept us enthralled from the begining to the end.
Favourite moment: the dance sequnce between the americans and the irish was something special.

Riverdance was fantastic! An unforgettable evening! My two kids aged 4 and 8 thoroughly enjoyed the show too.

Excellent show. Well worth seeing! An amazing piece of Irish culture/heritage

Riverdance was excellent
I wasn't expecting Riverdance to be as entertaining as it was, I thought it would be just dancing! From the very beginning the dancing, the singing, the musicians the whole show was very entertaining. In particular, the 2 tap dancers were excellent and the marrying of tap dancing and Irish dancing was just unbelievable. The whole performance got a well deserved standing ovation.
Favourite moment: The tap dancers!

Went to see this with the Wife, it was absolutely amazing, worth the flight and cost, i would recommend this to anyone who is thinking of going to see it.

I knew that this show would be good but was still blown away by it's beauty, thoroughly entertaining and would love to see this show again! All the dances were performed to perfection and made you feel emotional.
Definitely worth the money!

BRILLIANT, BREATHTAKING BEST PERFORMANCE EVER SEEN
we went to see riverdance at the gaiety theatre and found it was a pleasure from beginning to end. the combination of dancing ,music and singing was fantastic. there was not a dull moments in a very energetic 2 hours performance
Favourite moment: the dance off between the tap n irish dancing is the highlight

Riverdance - amazing
It was soooo good. The dancing, the cast, the music were incredible. We'd love to go again if we get the chance.
Favourite moment: Trading taps routine but loved all of it.

Riverdance was top class entertainment
a thoroughly enjoyable show from start to finish. fantastic music, singing, dance, costumes.
i loved the jazz tap versus irish dancing scene.

This was my 3rd time seeing Riverdance and I was not disappointed. Seen it in a large arena as well as at The Gaiety Theatre on its previous tour. The performance was flawless. Slightly scaled down (a few numbers missing), but all in all, I would recommend Riverdance to anyone who is thinking about seeing it!
