Padraic
Moyles
Born in Dublin, Ireland, Padraic and his family
immigrated to New York when he was 9 years old.
He was a student at the renowned Donny Golden school
of Irish dancing. He competed extensively, winning
regional and North American Championships. He was
also very active in athletics, competing in such
sports as Gaelic football, soccer, basketball. and
track and field. In 1992, Padraic played the part
of Sean O' Casey off-Broadway in the Irish Repertory
Theater Production of "Grandchild Of Kings"
directed by Harold Prince. He has also enjoyed working
on concert, film, and video projects with such artists
as Cher, Shania Twain, Nelly, Ja Rule, The Chieftains
and Cherish the Ladies. Padraic joined RIVERDANCE
in London in 1997 and has toured with the show in
the US, Canada and Mexico. He is delighted to be
dancing the principal role. |
