Eamonn Galldubh - Uilleann Pipes, Low Whistle, Tin Whistle, Kaval & Bouzouki
Eamonn Galldubh began playing traditional music on the tin whistle aged eight, moving on to the uilleann pipes and later flute. While traditional music is his first love, he has pursued an interest in other music forms, playing saxophone while studying jazz performance at Newpark College of Music in Dublin. He enjoys working both as a session player and performing as a solo artist. Eamonn has recorded and played live with artists including Clannad, Moya Brennan, Cara Dillon, Damien Dempsey, Ragús, Hazel O'Connor, Rua, Druid Theatre Company and the RTÉ Concert Orchestra as well as writing and recording his own material. |
