Carmen Armengou
Carmen started dancing aged five at her mother's Dance School, one of the oldest established in Santander in Northern Spain, finishing her Classic and Spanish Dance Studies at the Royal Conservatory of Professional Dance in Madrid. She has danced solo with several companies in both styles and managed to combine her tours with teaching at the family school in her hometown. Recently she has been acting/dancing in the play Women forging dreams on a tour of Brazil and Argentina. She regards the chance of being part of Riverdance as an opportunity to thrill audiences with what thrills her - dancing for life! |
