Ciara McGillan

Ciara started dancing at the young age of four with the Lawrenson Toal Academy in Belfast. She competed at the highest level within An Comdhail and won major championships including Belfast, Ulster and all England titles and was consistently placed top 3 at the All Ireland and International Championships. At the early age of 17 Ciara performed a brief stint with the dance show, Rhythm of the Dance, but was then asked to become a full time member of Riverdance. Having been with Riverdance for 6 years, Ciara has toured many places in Europe such as France, Germany, Austria, Scandinavia, UK and Ireland. She has also toured America, Canada and Mexico. Highlights would include performing twice in the Kremlin in Russia and dancing lead for her family in Amsterdam. Ciara is delighted to be performing the lead role with the Corrib Company.
