Rocio Montoya
Rocio commenced dancing Flamenco at the age of 4 in her native city of Granada, Spain where she continued her training with numerous masters such as Maite Galan, Mario Maya, Eva "La Yerbabuena", Alejandro Granados and received a diploma in Danza Española from El Conservatorio Profesional de Danza de Granada. She has worked with La Compañía De Flamenco De Mario Maya in 1..2...3..faaa and Diálogo del Amargo, performing at La Bienal de Flamenco de Sevilla, El Festival de Jerez and in Madrid.

She has also performed as Bailaora del Centro Andaluz de Danza in Los Caminos de Lorca, sharing the stage with Belén Maya, Rafaela Carrasco and Manuel Liñan, and performing at the reknowned Festival de Música y Danza de Granada.

At 21 years old, Rocío moved to Madrid where she joined Rafaela Carrasco´s dance company and made her Madrid debut with the program Una Mirada del Flamenco. In 2006, she premiered her own work Acordes Pintados con Palabras in Granada followed by a national tour. As well as performing with Riverdance all over the world over the last three years, she is working on a new production with the dance company, Flamencos en Route.
