Melissa Convery - Lead Dancer
Hailing from Banbridge in County Down, Melissa showed early promise in athletics, winning All-Ireland and Ulster championships for her school and county. Irish dancing then took precedence and she won many provincial, All-Ireland, British National and World Championship awards in her competitive career.
Melissa has toured Europe, Australia, Japan and South-East Asia dancing with Riverdance - The Show and performed the principal role in Riverdance on Broadway. Having recently toured with the Chieftains and successfully completed her TCRG Irish Dance Teacher exams, Melissa is delighted to dance the principal role in this tour.
