Marty
Dowds
Originally from Donegal, Ireland, Marty began his
Irish Dancing career at the age of nine with the
Phoenix School of Irish Dance. Marty has had a very
successful competitive career, having taken the
titles of many international, All-Ireland, and British
National and World Championship competitions. Marty's
time with Riverdance has taken him through Europe,
the Far East, Russia, and North America, and included
a memorable stay on Broadway for 18 months. The
most memorable highlight of Marty's career so far
was both dancing on the Great Wall of China and
the Kremlin in Russia. |
