Liam Ayres
Liam began Irish Dancing at the age of 5, in his hometown of Melbourne, Australia. Under the tuition of his Aunt and Uncle Raymond and Christine Ayres, he went on to win 7 Victorian and 2 Australian titles as well as placing 3rd at the World Championships in 2003. He was an original cast member of Dance of Desire and toured with them across Ireland, France, Germany and England. Since joining Riverdance in 2004 Liam has performed across Europe, Scandinavia, Russia and the UK as well as principle dancer in Dublin, Japan and Taiwan. He is thrilled to be dancing the lead role in North America.
